Before placing your order, it's important you take the time to read the following BYO information regarding the possible risks and stock delivery requirements.
We may decline unsuitable fabrics or styles. Our goal is to provide you with the best results so we'll let you know if we feel there may be an issue. Please also be aware that as your BYO garments may not be something we normally stock and therefore are untested, (print tested, wash tested etc) we're unable to guarantee the longevity of the prints.
BYO is at your own risk; we don’t replace damaged/misprinted items with matching items you have supplied. We will either refund the print cost or, you have the option to choose one of our garments that is similar style as a replacement.
In circumstances where BYO stock is already partially decorated (eg existing embroidery, screen print etc), we do not accept responsibility for replacing this – we always advise that further decorations be added after the DTG/DTF decoration has been completed.
We suggest supplying a couple of extra garments in case of a mishap, whether it be mechanical or human error.
Paperwork: Please ensure a full size breakdown/packing list is included with your BYO stock delivery.
Print Preferences: If you have specific print sizes, please provide clear instructions and/or a mock-up.
Hygiene: Your garments don't have to be brand new however please ensure they're washed and ironed before dropping them to us.
Preparation: BYO stock should be unpacked, neatly folded and grouped in sizes and also be sticker/tag-free, ready for printing.
Delivery: BYO stock should be marked clearly with your name, contact number and order number.
Extra fees: There may be additional charges if we need to unpack, de-tag, sort, wash and iron BYO stock prior to decorating.
